Order support
Include the order number, the email used at checkout, and a concise description. Never send a password, full payment credential, or private download token.
Payment and fulfillment
Provider statuses are verified against authoritative records. Support cannot mark a payment, cancellation, refund, or shipment successful before that confirmation exists.
Response information
The production operator must publish the monitored support address and response hours before launch. No unmonitored address is fabricated by the application.
